    VENUE / LOCATION : GWK, ULUWATU

    FORMAT OF PERFROMANCE :EVA SCOLARO & THE LIGHT ENSEMBLE (6 PIECES) & EVA SCOLARO LIGHT IT UP (EVA+ INSTRUMENT+DJ)

    TYPE OF PERFORMANCE: 
    Set 1 : Eva & The Light Ensemble (6 pieces) : 60 min
    **Band finish
    **Break (45 Min-1 Hour) **estimate

    Set 2 : Eva & instrument (percussion & saxophone) + DJ : 30 Min

    Set 3 : DJ solo performance after party : 2 hours

    • EVA SCOLARO : LONG DRESS - GLAMS -COLOUR : TBA

    MAKE UP & HAIR DO :

    INSTRUMENT : The instrument you play you should bring,     unless otherwise instructed. Sound equipment will provided.

    EQUIPMENT: Sound equipment and DJ equipment will be provided.

    PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT : All talent and their associates are required to follow and comply with rules, terms and conditions of the ESE.  no excessive drinking, body ouder

    ARRIVAL TIME ONTIME :
    You agree to maintain a professional and respectful attitude on and off stage as a representative of the band and it’s team.

    IF TALENT CANCEL TO ATTEND:
    any talent who cannot attend it is your responsibility to find replacement talent for your absence. should you not find replacement you will be requested to refund the deposit. By accepting the deposit you accept to play as per the terms and conditions. should you find a replacement you can nominate to pay your replacement directly OR ESE will pay the replacement meaning you will refund the deposit, if any, previously paid.
