Following the confirmation, ESE PRO will issue an Engagement Letter outlining the agreed scope of services and key terms. The engagement will officially commence once the Engagement Fee has been received.
3. Scope of Services
After the Engagement Fee is settled, our team will begin assisting with the agreed services, including coordination, bookings, and arrangements related to the event or project.
4. Payment Structure
All additional costs related to bookings, suppliers, talents, production, or other third-party services will be discussed and approved by the client prior to confirmation.
5. Non-Refundable Policy
The Engagement Fee is non-refundable, as it covers the professional time, planning, and coordination services allocated to the project.
